With his movies being dubbed into Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam, Suriya has emerged a happening star in the South.

A thrilled Suriya, says, 'I go by instinct when I choose my films. Being accepted is such a relief.'

Nanda brought out the actor in Suriya,

He is now playing the romantic hero in Jillunu Oru Kaadhal. Suriya says, 'It was Nandha which brought out the creative person in me'.

Asked about why he keeps changing his looks in his movies, Suriya says, 'it is not intentional. Looks don't matter. The dimension you give the character does,'

‘I still have a long way to go and I am a beginner now, says a modest Suriya, who recent won the Kalaimamani award.
